I never knew the importance of better foot contact with the ground until I went through two major injuries. The surgeries left me with two feet that I truly could not feel!


My arches fell when I was young and I was ALWAYS told the importance of wearing orthotics and sneakers that held my arches up!


This ultimately led to many weaknesses and compensations in my body.


The last year I have trained entirely barefoot and my strength, body awareness, mind muscle connection and neural connection greatly improved!


I get not everyone wants to walk around barefoot!
